Get the 12 testers Google Play requires, for free
New personal Google Play developer accounts must run a closed test with 12 testers for 14 days, and Google checks that testers really used the app. Tester Exchange is a free test-for-test exchange: test other developers' apps, earn credits, and spend them on real testers for yours. A companion Android app verifies daily use on each tester's phone.
